Comprehensive Technical Due Diligence for long-term performanceand structural integrity – supporting investment decisions for thefuture of P&G’s production site.

Objective: To assess the technical condition and long-term performance of multiple buildings across P&G’s facility, forming the basis for rehabilitation and modernization planning.

Scope: REC Immpuls conducted a full-scale Technical Due Diligence (TDD), including fire safety audits and compliance checks, structural assessment, and performance analysis of all relevant systems and installations. The audit covered administrative offices, a plastic production hall, storage areas, technical and security annexes.

Focus Areas: The evaluation included structural integrity (metal frame), architectural elements, roofing and flooring systems, façade and partition walls, HVAC and ventilation systems, electrical and sanitary installations, fire protection components and compliance, water infiltration issues, access routes, and signs of mechanical wear and aging.

Outcome: The analysis identified technical deficiencies and outlined targeted repair and modernization measures. Based on the findings, P&G decided to invest in rehabilitation works and implement long-term performance monitoring – ensuring safety, compliance, and operational continuity.
